Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your selected shipping method and location.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the all states within the United States.

While we aim to provide shipping services to as many locations as possible, there are certain countries and regions to which we are unable to ship due to legal, logistical, or regulatory reasons.

We currently do not ship to the following countries and regions:

  1. Sanctioned Countries (Legal Restrictions):

    • North Korea (DPRK)
    • Iran
    • Syria
    • Cuba
    • Crimea Region of Ukraine (and any other regions under active U.S. sanctions)
  2. Logistical and Reliability Concerns:

    • Somalia
    • South Sudan
    • Libya
  3. High Customs or Import Challenges:

    • Brazil
    • India
    • Nigeria

Please note that this list may be updated periodically based on changes in legal requirements or logistical considerations. If your country is not listed as excluded and you are experiencing issues placing an order, please contact us at michael@theeternaldragon.com for assistance.

Additionally, all international buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws, including any applicable duties, taxes, or restrictions on specific products.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, you may request a refund or replacement. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.


Customs and Duties

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees charged at checkout.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
