Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Items
    If your item arrives damaged, you may request a refund. You must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

  2. Lost Items
    If your item is confirmed as lost during shipping, you may request a refund. Lost item requests must be submitted no earlier than 30 days from the date of purchase and no later than 60 days from the date of purchase to allow sufficient time for delivery verification.


Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color choice (unless the error was on our part)
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Photographic evidence of the damage (if applicable)
    • Confirmation of the delivery date (for damaged items) or purchase date (for lost items)
  3. Allow us up to 5-7 business days to review your request and respond with a resolution.

Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time required to process a refund may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days of approval.
